Before you begin, take a moment to clear the energy of your space:

  • Light some sage, palo santo, or your favourite incense.
  • Close your eyes and visualise a soft, protective light surrounding you.
  • Set an intention—something as simple as “I am here to listen to my soul.”

Step 1: Enter Your Space

  • Take three deep breaths, letting each one ground you.
  • Feel your feet connecting with the earth, steady and strong.
  • Allow your body to soften as you arrive fully in the moment.

Step 2: Connect Within

  • Place a hand on your heart and notice your breath.
  • If tension arises, breathe into it with kindness.
  • Ask yourself: What do I need to hear today?
  • Let any thoughts, feelings, or sensations simply be.
